About Me and My weight loss story:
My name is Susanne and I am a 53 year old Christian wife and mother. Until I was 45 years old, maintaining my weight was relatively easy. Since then, no matter what I tried I was not able to lose more than a couple of pounds and then I would ultimately gain them back. I felt very frustrated and hopeless.

In December 2023, I embarked on a life changing weight loss journey. Since then, I have lost 45+ pounds. I lost the first 10 pounds in a month. My goal is to lose 50 lbs total which would put me at 5'2", 125 pounds. Let's lose the next 10 together.
